i got it bad...especially when the weather starts getting gray, cold and windy but there's no snow yet. don't mind the cold if there's snow outside but to have just plain cold, well, that kinda sucks. only thing to really do when it's cold out is stay indoors and eat junk food. and when you eat junk food you end up feeling shitty about yourself and vow to do those 17 push-ups every morning but

just got back from taking the woman to ride her first mountain bike trail ever. i must admit, for such a nyc city slicker, i was impressed. she took some lumps and bruises but held in there like a trooper. next stop moab, utah! riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight! off to the beach. small waves but good to wash off the trail dust and jump in the water. ate a bagel for breakfast. tasted like fresh
